Luskville Falls ~4km in Pontiac, Quebec

Updated: Oct 12, 2020

The Luskville Falls has probably been the first hike we did. It is relatively steep at first and then you get to hike on big rocks and eventually walk into the forest. During the first kilometres you'll be able to see the waterfalls, I've been twice to this hiking trail and the first time the falls were much stronger than the second time, the second time the falls seemed dried up... There is usually a lot of people that will hike up until the fall and go back so you should expect people around the waterfalls.

You'll have a few viewpoint along the way, but once you reach the top don't get too excited because there isn't any view. The best view are the one you will find on the way to the top. I wouldn't recommend this trail for beginners as there are a lot of steep rocky pathways that can be hard to climb.

I remember the first time we hiked this we thought the top was going to be amazing but we were disappointed. All in all great hike but don't expect something at the top.
